A comprehensive project has been initiated for the purpose of developing Continuity of Operations Plans for all departments.

For this project, we have selected BOLDplanning's web-based preparedness planning system, designed to assist organizations in the plan development process. The system guides users through each COOP component, and helps develop a plan that outlines the roles and responsibilities required to ensure an organization's ability to transition and continue its operations during times of disruption.

The system has been customized to meet our specific planning needs, and has been deployed via the internet at LVVWDready.boldplanning.com for this organization-wide planning initiative.
